Our Story

Phở Hồng Restaurant brought the rich flavors of Vietnamese cuisine to the Austin community. Located at 2521 Rutland Dr, the restaurant served traditional beef noodle soup — pho — alongside vermicelli bowls, rice plates, and stir-fried noodle dishes. Open seven days a week, Pho Hong was a neighborhood spot where guests could enjoy a warm, satisfying meal any day.

From crisp egg rolls and fried dumplings to hearty bowls of pho, the menu reflected the comfort and depth of Vietnamese home cooking. Every dish was prepared with fresh ingredients and a commitment to authentic flavor.
